Any cancellation of a reservation must be communicated by email to: [email protected]

Free cancellation or changes up to 15 days before the arrival date.
For subsequent cancellations or no shows, the full amount (100%) will be charged
For early departures, 100% of the cost of the unused stay will be charged.
In high season periods (holidays, long weekends, the months of September, October and November) the NON-REFUNDABLE payment of the first night may be requested.

We suggest that you inform us immediately, we will try to replace the reservation by putting the apartment back on sale and, if successful, the penalty will not be charged.

This cancellation policy is not valid for the discounted Non-Refundable rate (in this case the reservation amount will be charged at the time of the reservation and will not be returned in case of cancellation).
